Professional knowledge and an in-depth knowledge of legislation are necessary to provide our services. Therefore, we place emphasis on ensuring our professional staff have studied planned changes to laws well in advance.

For our employees, we regularly organise professional training activities conducted by highly-qualified instructors familiar with the ecosystem of the National Labour Environment, the Fire and Rescue Corps, the Public Health Authority, representatives of insurers, relevant law firms and other professionals with practical experience.

We also actively support employees in efforts to increase their qualifications, expanding their professional horizons and improving their soft skills.

We comply with international ISO certification procedures

To streamline internal processes, we rolled out a certified quality management system under the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

The health and safety of our own employees and protecting the environment are important to us. This is the reason we’ve implement an occupational health and safety management system certified under the ISO 45001:2018 standard and an environmental management system under the ISO 14001:2015 standard.

These certificates were issued by the certification company CeMS, s. r. o. All services are provided in compliance with the above standards.

We leverage project management

Thanks to more than 20 years of experience on the market, we known that each client deserves an individualised approach. As such, for more complicated and extensive contracts, we leverage project management.

Projects are managed by a project coordinator, a trained expert, under the supervision of a project manager. At the beginning of our cooperation, we review the specific needs of the client, select the best solution and define a schedule of activities to be conducted that we call an “Action plan”.
